University of California, Riverside
Developed machine learning models to predict biological age from RNA-seq data.
- Developed and trained 3 machine learning models to predict biological age from high-dimensional bulk RNA-seq data.
- Engineered a data preprocessing pipeline to clean, log-transform, and z-score standardize gene expression data.
- Implemented feature selection using linear modeling and Benjamini-Hochberg correction.
- Validated hypothesis that Alzheimer's Disease patients exhibit accelerated biological aging.
-
2024.05 - 2024.08 Manufacturing Technology Intern
Sekisui Kydex
Optimized database scripting and maintenance.
- Consolidated 200 cloned FileMaker scripts to 7 streamlined prototype scripts.
- Hosted a FileMaker archive database to store 4.5 million archived records.
- Authored documentation detailing best practices for FileMaker scripts.
-
